Strategic Planning Workshop
The Department of Management Science held a 2-day workshop to create their Strategic Plan on 23rd and 24th May 2013.
The workshop was held at Utalii College on Thika Road and it was attended by all members of the Department.
2020 ASCM Case Competition
We are excited to share that ASCM is again working in collaboration with Deloitte on the launch of the 2020 ASCM Case Competition.
This program is free for students and universities to participate in and in addition to potential recognition and cash prizes for the winning teams ASCM also covers travel expenses for teams that advance on to the Regional and Final rounds of the competition.

Kui Macharia gave a guest lecture to third year operations management class on July 30, 2019. She is an expert in facilities management.She demonstrated how facility management can be used as a competitive tool.

y the summer of 2005, my work in Mississippi, in the Deep South was over. Dissertation written and successfully defended, it was time to leave; it was time for a change. The South was a difficult place to live with questions like “Are you going back home” repeated every day. I felt a stranger where I should have felt most at home .After all, Mississippi is the “blackest” of all the USA states.
